No need for enhancement here. Wish I was there…

JavaScripted goodness : Harmony

Rating 4.00 out of 5

Nice looking drawing tool built in JavaScript. You can choose between a multitude of different brushes, then, once you are happy store your image locally. Creative indeed…

The introductory blog post

The tool itself

And it would, off course, not be complete without the complementary YouTube video:

My geeky heart just got a little warmer.

Feeling like the world is becoming less friendly? Social theorist Jonathan Zittrain begs to difffer. The Internet, he suggests, is made up of millions of disinterested acts of kindness, curiosity and trust.

BBC : the virtual revolution

After having listened to both part 1 and 2 of the The Virtual Revolution

The Crazies online campaign round-up

Rating 3.00 out of 5

ogden marsh needs helpLast year District9 did it, in 2008 Batman Returns did it with their I believe in Harvey Dent campaign.

Now The Crazies are doing it. Though the site’s could maybe be considered a bit more low-key, the movie has created multiple small sites surrounding the core elements and players in their movie. I am really liking this 2.0 style of promoting movies.

The sites in question are:
-> Ogden Marsh Chamber of commerce
-> Dakon/Pendrill Chemical corporation (if anyone figures out the login please let me know)
-> Ogden Marsh Gazette Blog(spot) enriched with more links and videos and the obvious Twitter Feed
-> The Ogden Marsh Sheriff’s department (again with the login)
-> And finally the movies site itself off course.
