Perspectives

Rating 3.00 out of 5

I love this idea. Form the site:

While interviews traditionally present what people say, in Perspectives the interviewees don’t actually say anything. With the spoken portion of the footage edited out, Perspectives leaves only body language, pauses for thought, and interjections to do the communicating.

Typically people think of “content” only as what’s literally being said. The content of “Perspectives” is based on the idea that what’s not being said says something of its own.

Some new plastic

Rating 3.00 out of 5

A few posts ago I felt like remenissing. I forgot one more site that I absolutely adored back in the days. Tokyoplastic, mentioned here. Well I thought I check in on them again, and lol and behold things have been happening. Two short-films, both of which you can see in on their website.

Clicking the website link, brings up my favorite box on the net. Still loving playing around with that interface. New, the work section which shows off some paying work they do, absolutely love their Toyota ads. Or check out the interactive little fella.

Did I already say that I like Tokyo Plastic

Controversey about the Pomegranate.

Rating 3.00 out of 5

Oops. I just posted the same site as Val below. Anyhoos, some peeps are saying that this site from the Nova Scotia government is misleading. Check out the Globe & Mail article, written by a fellow graduate from my journalism school no less.

I’m not usually big on self promotion but I think this video done by Guillaume Blanchet for BBR is pretty cool.
